Shipping times:

Orders take 12 hours to process and pack, then 1-2 business days to be delivered to your doorstep.

Shipping time may vary depending on location, shipping method, and other factors.

Cost of shipping:

Orders over $99.00 will have FREE shipping

Orders under $99.00 will be charged for shipping based on your chosen delivery method and location within the United States (Richmond VA FREE). Full price will be displayed at checkout.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be clean, must not be washed and keep the original tags.

NON-refundable products:
* Gift cards
* Underwear
* Personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)
* Garments with obvious signs of use
* Blouses, T-shirts, Accessories, Shoes, and all kinds of clothing that have been washed.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has parts missing for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after shipment.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@jemsiboutique.com and send the item to: 11021 Hull Street Rd, Midlothian VA 23832, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know about your return.


Shipment

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
